Priority Vaccination Appointments at Middlesex County Megasite
[Note: Effective June 2021, the Middlesex County Megasite is closed.]
April 23, 2021
Dear Rutgers Students:
Our clinical partner RWJBarnabas Health has extended priority access for all Rutgers University students seeking a COVID-19 vaccination appointment effective immediately. Vaccines are administered at the Middlesex County Megasite, located at the New Jersey Convention and Expo Center, 97 Sunfield Ave., Edison, NJ.
To make an appointment, visit the RWJBarnabas Health vaccine registration form and indicate that you are a Rutgers University student when prompted.
All individuals aged 16 and older who live, work, or study in New Jersey are eligible for vaccination. To find other sites that may be closer to where you live, visit the New Jersey vaccine appointment finder.
As a reminder, in support of Rutgers’ commitment to health and safety for all members of its community, the University is requiring all students, with limited exceptions, to provide proof of vaccination for COVID-19 prior to attending Rutgers in the Fall 2021 semester. Upload your COVID-19 vaccination document and enter the dates of vaccination on the student immunization portal. Additional information regarding the vaccination requirement can be found on the university’s COVID-19 Vaccine webpage.
Yours in good health,
